Uncle Phil's is a family-owned business that prides itself and its roots with a strong love and commitment to family, food, friendship and fun. A
"grass-roots" company from a small town in Northeast Ohio where we take pride in not only what we produce, but how we produce it using only the highest quality ingredients with fine attention to detail. We've been making this sauce for many years for family and friends with always the same result--
"You ought to sell this stuff". So, one day we thought, what the heck, and we gave it a shot. Much to our surprise and delight, everybody that's tried it has LOVED it, which was very humbling, and still is.
Uncle Phil's inspiration came from a long line of Head-Sweating, Tongue-Burning, Hot Pepper and Hot Sauce Lovers. After never being satisfied with any commercial made hot sauce, we decided to venture out on our own to create the ultimate flavor-filled sauce.
OUR PRODUCTS
Being heat lovers, we decided to use only the finest fresh habaneros available because of their unique flavor, and of course, their heat. We worked tirelessly to come up with the perfect combination of heat, but more importantly, an intense and distinct flavor. From there, we created a full array of habanero sauces with wide ranging heat intensity.
"Sweet & Wild" is mild and wild all at the same time! This flavorful sauce is well tolerated by just about anyone.
"Not-So-Hot" (don't let the name fool you!) has a bold mid-ranging heat level, while maintaining the same unique flavor thatis more suited for the average hot sauce lover who is used to the bland heat of other well- known sauces.
"Hot" (as its name implies, or as it's been said, "Holy Crap, That's Hot!") is not for the faint of heart! This is a sauce for the true Hot Sauce Connoisseur; however, what you'll get with Uncle Phil's
"Hot" Sauce is a full palate of "Award Winning" flavor coupled with crazy heat.
